(EN): An irrigation, draining and/or heating
system of a surface, comprising: a tank (215) defined
by a water-proofing sheath (214) housed in an
excavation in the ground; a water grid (201) located
inside said tank (215), comprising at least one inlet
module (202) and at least one outlet module (203); an
outer water reservoir; one or more inlet (260) and
outlet (261) connections, connecting said water grid
(201) to said outer water reservoir; and a draining
soil to fill said tank; wherein each of said at least
two modules comprises an impermeable main pipe (204)
from which a series of permeable conduits (205)
emerges, where said conduits lie on the same
horizontal plane of said main pipe. And a method for
heating a surface.

d'irrigation, de drainage et/ou de chauffage d'une
surface, comprenant : un réservoir (215) délimité par
une gaine étanche à l'eau (214), logé dans une
excavation dans le sol ; un réseau de distribution
d'eau (201) situé à l'intérieur dudit réservoir (215),
comportant au moins un module d'entrée (202) et au
moins un module de sortie (203) ; un réservoir d'eau
externe ; un ou plusieurs raccordements d'entrée (260)
et de sortie (261), reliant ledit réseau de
distribution d'eau (201) audit réservoir d'eau externe
; un sol de drainage pour remplir ledit réservoir ;
chacun desdits deux ou plus de deux modules comportant
un tuyau principal imperméable (204) duquel sort une
série de conduites perméables (205), lesdites
conduites se trouvant sur le même plan horizontal
dudit tuyau principal. L’invention concerne également
un procédé pour chauffer une surface.
