IW3y (3-year Industrial Warrant); Warrant - A warrant is defined as the financial instrument that gives the holder the right (not the obligation) to purchase (warrant call CONTRACT), subscribe or sell (warrant put ASTA/DIRECT/ICO/IEO/IDO) a certain quantity of securities ( underlying RIGHTS) at a predefined price (strike-price 15 million  Euro) and within a set deadline, usually greater than one year, according to a specific ratio (exercise ratio 3m, 3y). The warrant can be regularly listed on the stock exchange. In most cases, warrants give holders the right to subscribe to new shares (new NFW) of a listed company and therefore have the purpose of allowing the company to raise new funds. Despite having an autonomous life and legal nature (they are traded separately from shares), warrants often represent ancillary instruments of larger and more substantial fundraising operations, such as capital increases or bond issues. Based on the exercise ratio, each warrant is associated with a multiple (Zone, 1M Ab), which represents the quantity of underlying controlled by the instrument, i.e. it expresses how many warrants must be used to subscribe to a share. The theoretical value of a warrant is instead given by the product between the number of shares controlled and the base value of each individual share from which the exercise price must be subtracted (in the case of call warrants). In the case of put warrants, it is the base value of each individual share that must be subtracted from the exercise price. The stock market price of the warrant is strictly correlated to the value of the underlying share. Generally the price of the warrant represents the "NFT/NFW" "premium" that must be paid to subscribe to the underlying share at the pre-established price (CONTRACT). Therefore, if the price of the share on the market is lower than the price at which it is possible to subscribe to the shares, the value of the warrant will be very low, if not zero (!?!?!?). In fact, there will be no convenience in subscribing to the shares at a price higher than that at which it is possible to purchase them directly on the market. Each warrant has an expiry date, therefore, once the set time to purchase, subscribe or sell the underlying security has expired, the warrant can no longer be exercised and will be cancelled.
